Accommodation

We have reserved a block of bedrooms at The Clayton Hotel on Burlington Road, the conference venue, at a negotiated rate. Full breakfast is included in the price. Bedrooms are available for single occupancy and double occupancy on a first-come-first-served basis. Reservations that have nothing to do with ICAPS participants will be automatically cancelled.

For the convenience of participants who do not fly away on the last day of the conference, we have included in the deal a block of rooms for the night from July 2nd to July 3rd. We encourage you to take this night when possible, which will help ICAPS fill the allocated quota.

The link provided covers the interval from June 26th (check-in) to July 3rd (check-out), and you can select your nights within this interval. If you want to book a longer stay with some nights outside this time interval, do the following:

  • Use the link provided here to book your selected nights within the interval June 26th to July 3rd at the negotiated rate within the block of bedrooms reserved.
  • Book your extra nights separately.
  • Optionally inform the hotel at your earliest convenience so that they can allocate the same room for the entire stay.

In case you want to share accommodation, we provide a Discord server to get in touch with other attendants that you can share a room with: Share Accommodation
ICAPS does not manage this server. It is the responsibility of the participants to contact each other, find a room mate and complete all the steps of bedroom booking. Antisocial behaviour is not acceptable on the Discord Server and should be reported via email (please include the date/time and username of the offending post). If verified, the offending user will be blocked from the server.
